DateForTrees.com is pretty much a dating site like many others; we don't aim at a particular niche and it's our goal to bring people together. Not very unique or special, right? Except for one important detail which separates us from every other dating site out there: we donate trees!

It's our goal to not only bring more love to the world, but also help create a greener earth in the form of at least 12.000 trees annually and an increased awareness towards global warming, climate change and deforestation.

We hope DateForTrees.com will ultimately grow to become one of the largest green dating sites on the internet. Since that would be pretty much the only way to achieve our goal. So feel free to join us / signup and help us to achieve our goal by making it yours too.

Why We Donate Trees

We donate trees to our partner American Forests because we feel we must do something about global warming and deforestation.

Estimates for the 1990s range from about 55,630 to 120,000 square kilometres each year, at which rate the world's tropical forests alone are disappearing. If this rate doesn't drop, the world may have lost all of its tropical forests by the year 2090.

So, while many of the world's scientists argue about global warming, we attempt to do something about it by focussing on human relationships and reforestation.

How It Works

Like most other quality dating sites, DateForTrees.com allows you to signup for a free membership which gives you access to the site. Once you feel our service might be useful to you, you've the possibility to upgrade your free membership to a paid membership. This'll give you access to all of the features our site has to offer to you.

From the moment you upgrade to a paid membership, we'll donate a tree to our partner American Forests for each month you're a paid member of our service. This means you'll indirectly improve the global environment through reforestation, while you're using our dating service at its full potential.
